Who I am

I'm a Product Manager at Spursol, where I've spent the last three years building Knoccs — a B2B SaaS CRM — from a blank slate to a revenue-generating, PMF-achieving product. I was in the room when the idea was conceived, ran the discovery, defined the ICPs, and shipped over 15 core features alongside engineering and design.

I'm not a PM who just writes tickets. I write SQL to understand how users actually behave, build n8n automation workflows to cut ops overhead, and prototype in Figma when the team needs it. I've represented Knoccs at GITEX Global, and I build personal tools just because a problem bothers me.

I'm looking for a full PM role at a high-growth tech company in the GCC — ideally on consumer or SME products where technical instincts and sharp product thinking actually move the needle.

Where I've worked

Joined as a graduate trainee and grew into the PM role as Knoccs — a B2B CXM/CRM — was being conceived. Built the product from idea to PMF alongside a cross-functional squad, then scaled it toward self-serve onboarding for broader adoption.

Ran 30+ structured user interviews to lock ICPs and validate the problem space before writing a line of code.
Led discovery and feature prioritisation for 15+ core CRM functionalities — shipped all of them.
Wrote PostgreSQL queries and built n8n flows to track adoption, generate usage trend graphs, and automate stakeholder reports.
Managed cross-functional feature squads: ran sprint ceremonies, unblocked engineering, prototyped in Figma when needed.
Led a 3-day hackathon to build an AI knowledge assistant connecting Jira, Asana, and support tools — surfaced sprint risks proactively.
Represented Knoccs at GITEX Global, generating ~50 qualified leads and validating market demand in person.
